Salary: £40,000 / yr, plus benefits Job Location: Chorley/Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the end to end delivery of customer solutions across Elite's portfolio of Cloud Communications, Unified Communications, Connectivity, and Contact Centre services. In this fast paced role, you will oversee multiple customer projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You will build strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions and meaningful customer outcomes. A day in the life of a Project Manager looks a little like this: Manage projects from initiation through to successful completion and customer handover. Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, timescales, and quality standards. Function as the primary customer contact throughout project delivery. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third party partners. Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and project documentation. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. Monitor project budgets, billing milestones, and commercial performance. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular stakeholder reporting. Ensure compliance with company processes, governance standards, and GDPR requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO and wider delivery function. Who we're looking for Experience delivering customer facing projects within a telecommunications, cloud communications, managed services, or technology solutions provider environment. Experience delivering Infrastructure, Connectivity, Cloud or Communications solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external customers. Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. Experience delivering projects against agreed budgets and deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and customer facing communication skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects in a dynamic delivery environment. PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner qualification. Agile or Scrum certification. Knowledge of Mitel, Zoom, 8 8, Microsoft Teams or Contact Centre platforms. Experience within a Telecommunications, UCaaS, CCaaS or Managed Services Provider environment. Understanding of SIP, WAN, LAN, SD WAN, Connectivity and Cloud technologies. Experience supporting project governance within a PMO environment. Technical Design Architect Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 / yr, plus benefits Location: Chorley, Lancashire (Hybrid) Job Overview The Pre Sales Technical Design Architect (TDA) is accountable for translating customer business goals into robust, scalable and supportable technical designs across the full opportunity and delivery lifecycle. Acting as Elite Group's technical authority, the TDA owns the design lifecycle, validates solution feasibility, and ensures platforms are delivered by the technical functions, to specification and operationally readiness. The role works closely with Sales, Delivery, Support, Suppliers and most importantly our customers. Engaging directly in requirements workshops and technical discussions to shape solutions that translate to customer focused outcomes, the TDA supports core platform builds, governs design changes, mentors engineering teams, and acts as a senior escalation point. Through strong design governance and supplier engagement, the TDA protects margin, reduces delivery risk, and ensures an exceptional customer experience end to end. A Day in the Life Architect and oversee complex migrations and platform transitions. Act as technical authority throughout the customer journey. Engage directly with customers through workshops and technical meetings. Mentor and support Engineers as required. Act as a 4th line escalation point, liaising with customers and suppliers. Contribute and support the business in product roadmap, decisions and plans from a technical perspective including best suppliers to work with. Validate solution architecture, licensing, hardware and professional service volumes. Liaise with suppliers to ensure services are fit for purpose and correctly designed.
