Excellent opportunity to join a successful Energy and Data company as an Asset Analyst. The role is initally on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The company is in Surrey and are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an analytical mind to join a smaller, friendly but integral team within the business. The main purpose of the role is to maintain the asset data that underpins the customer portfolio to maximise revenue and to resolve customer queries. This is mainly a back-office role, most of the customer queries are received by email, then it is the Asset Analysts job to provide a solid front-line service for the meter and network services. Maintain the asset data and ensure the meter databases and industry registers are accurate through reporting and reconciliations. Track and recover meter assets that have been removed from customers. Maintain the network systems to ensure the growing portfolio and meter points are registered and included in billing following a meter being installed. Ensure service level agreements are being met and working to KPI s according to company procedures. The role would ideally suit a Graduate that is looking for more of an analytical, problem solving, administrative and numerical position where you can build a career within an exciting, growing organisation. You could also be working within a similar position and looking for your next challenge. There is hybrid working available of two days in the office and three days working from home per week. My client is looking for a Field Engineer that has experience with installing and maintaining AV equipment to join their expanding team. Covering the East Yorkshire area, the Field Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining TV & Broadband monitoring equipment, including the installation of PC, Mac, and Tablet Software in customers households. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, with a background or interest in Computing, Audio Visual, or Telecoms. A good understanding of Broadband, Smartphones, and Tablets would be advantageous. They would also consider applicants with an interest in modern technology who are looking to build a career as a technician in a unique field. Full training will be provided as part of an intensive four-week plan. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain metering equipment and software in customer homes. Educate customers in the correct use and care of the metering equipment. Remove Television and Broadband monitoring equipment from homes Provide training on the use of equipment and software to customers Store monitoring equipment safely when not installed in homes. Resolve or escalate any issues related to the monitoring equipment or software Provide accurate information to management, office staff and customers regarding field activity and equipment in customers homes. Essential Skills & Experience An understanding and interest in modern TV, computer, and broadband systems, with the ability to connect and set up this type of equipment. Experience in installing software and following menu systems on Windows computers. Ability to work without direct supervision to a high standard. The field technician will be responsible for arranging service appointments and scheduling these visits to meet deadlines. Willingness to work as part of a large team, which may include occasional overnight stays away from home to support the wider field force. Excellent customer service skills, as the field technician represents the client in customers homes. Professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy are essential. Flexibility to work away from home A full driving license with no more than 6 points (company vehicle provided).
