Numerate and software literate. Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Civils3D or similar, and drainage modelling software such as MicroDrainage or similar would be desirable. To be able to prepare drawings and calculations for both private and adoptable arrangements applying the relevant principles, design codes and standards. Consultancy/private sector development background with a bias towards private sector development work. Effective organisational and communication skills with a collaborative approach and enjoys responsibility. Ideally a full driving licence and access to a car.
