Comfortable working in environments with demanding delivery timescales and high quality standards. Desirable Experience Previous experience within banking or financial services. Knowledge of regulatory reporting processes, systems or projects. Experience implementing, supporting or maintaining third-party regulatory reporting software. Understanding of data quality and reporting requirements within regulated environments. Network Architect - Manufacturing IT/OT & Edge 475- 525/day Inside IR35 Liverpool - 1-2 days onsite We are recruiting for an experienced Network Architect to support a major global manufacturing infrastructure programme. The role involves designing secure, resilient network connectivity between enterprise IT, factory operational technology (OT) environments and locally hosted Edge infrastructure. We are particularly interested in candidates with network architecture experience within manufacturing, industrial or production environments, rather than purely corporate IT or data centre networks. Key experience: Senior network architecture across large, distributed or multi-site environments Manufacturing IT/OT network integration and segmentation LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching and firewalls Secure connectivity between enterprise IT, factory systems and Edge platforms Network resilience, security and remote access Developing reusable network designs, standards and HLD/LLD documentation Working with factory engineering, security and infrastructure teams Experience with industrial network security, the Purdue Model, IEC 62443 or similar OT security frameworks would be particularly valuable. Infrastructure Service Design & Operating Model Consultant - Edge Hosting 600- 645/day Inside IR35 6 months UK Hybrid We are recruiting for a senior Infrastructure Service Design / Operating Model Consultant to establish a new Edge Hosting service within a global manufacturing organisation. The programme is introducing standardised infrastructure hosting across multiple factories. The requirement is to turn the technical platform into a fully defined, governed and operational service that can be adopted consistently across the business. This is a senior service-design and transformation role, rather than a hands-on infrastructure engineering position. Key experience: Establishing enterprise infrastructure, private-cloud or hybrid-cloud services Defining Target Operating Models (TOM), service ownership, governance and RACI Creating service catalogues, service boundaries and consumption models Designing repeatable onboarding, deployment and service-acceptance processes Establishing SLAs, KPIs, operational controls and reporting ITIL service management, capacity, lifecycle, resilience and support arrangements Coordinating architecture, engineering, security, operations and business stakeholders Transitioning service ownership into permanent operational teams A broad understanding of infrastructure hosting, virtualisation, cloud, networking and distributed platforms is required. The programme involves establishing repeatable Edge Hosting solutions supporting virtual machines, containers, legacy applications and data/AI workloads across multiple factory locations. Key experience: Enterprise infrastructure architecture across distributed and hybrid environments Virtualisation and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) VMware, Nutanix, Azure Local or similar platforms Kubernetes, containers and associated infrastructure Compute, storage, backup, disaster recovery and high availability Defining reusable reference architectures and technical standards Workload placement across Edge, data centre and cloud environments Producing HLDs, architecture decisions and technical design documentation Working across infrastructure, networking, security and operational teams Manufacturing IT/OT experience, Dell NativeEdge or GPU-enabled Edge platforms would be advantageous.
