The Business Development team are a front-line team, looking to convert as many prospective/cold leads and their efforts are instrumental in the growth of this thriving business. Through targeted outreach, strategic follow-ups, and personalised engagement, the Business Development team strives to turn every lead into a satisfied and loyal client. This is a full-time office-based position, and the hours of work are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Responsibilities for Business Development Executive Developing and growing sales across the UK region. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, affiliates and markets. Providing product knowledge and support to prospective and existing clients. Working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals. Managing sales pipelines, reporting progress, and meeting targets. Contributing ideas and strategies for regional sales development. Skills and Experience required for Business Development Executive Previous experience in regional sales, account management, or business development is essential. Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy. Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities. Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule. Willing to learn and grow with the business.
