You will be responsible for the discovery, planning, preparing, and executing Application migrations from on-premises to both Azure and a co-location datacentre as part of a large Data Centre Exit Programme. You will own and coordinate the population of any associated migration collateral (questionnaires, runbooks) required as part of the preparation to the point they are signed off and can be used as a migration toolset. This role ensures that all Applications are migrated safely, data integrity is maintained, and every Application workload is correctly configured including but limited to tagging, security posture, and backup policies. Post migration the role will be part of Early Life Support, ensuring any issues are remediated and included in the formal handover of the Application to Run Essential Skills & Experience: Application and Server Discovery Review the Application and server estate to validate versions, configurations, and compatibility with Azure.
