A leading specialty insurer based in London is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join their IT team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technology plays a central role in delivering business success.You will support the Director of IT in managing relationships with the company's IT managed service provider and other technology vendors, ensuring all IT platforms, applications, and production environments are secure, well-supported, and effectively maintained.This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft enterprise suite administration-including Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Purview, Intune, Azure, and Office 365-as well as third-party tool administration. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain core IT systems, ensuring stability, security, and compliance. Manage relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other technology vendors. Administer and support Microsoft platforms and enterprise tools. Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications. Support cloud-based solutions, including SaaS applications and integration technologies. Assist with cybersecurity controls, vulnerability assessments, compliance auditing, and security operations. Provide clear, non-technical explanations of IT concepts to colleagues across the business. Key Requirements 5+ years' IT experience in financial services (insurance preferred). Strong system administration and technical support skills, particularly in Microsoft platform management. Experience with vendor management and MSP oversight. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, adaptable approach with a desire to learn in a fast-changing environment. Work Arrangement 4 days in the London office, 1 day working from home each week.
