Pay Rate: £12.50 £14.00 per hour (DOE) About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a fast-paced telecommunications business based in Magor. This role will support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations across both domestic and international activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and control of spare parts and shipments, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise with customers, internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and service providers. Key Responsibilities: Support spare parts and stock management, including monitoring stock levels and movements Prepare, check, and manage logistics and shipping documentation Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and service providers Manage shared logistics inboxes and respond to queries efficiently Track performance against SLAs and KPIs and assist with reporting Raise and manage purchase orders related to logistics activities Support asset, PPE, and tooling control in line with operational needs What We re Looking For: Previous administration experience (logistics or telecoms desirable) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a proactive approach Competent in Microsoft Office and general systems What s on Offer: Competitive hourly rate (£12.50 £14.00 DOE) Valuable experience within a growing telecommunications business Supportive and dynamic working environment Please call Clare on (phone number removed) for more details and please apply to this advert to prompt a callback.
