The Role: As a Senior PHP/Laravel Developer, you ll play a key part in developing and enhancing the company s flagship platform. You ll have the freedom to influence architecture, contribute to design decisions, and advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) all while working alongside some of the brightest Laravel minds in the industry. What You ll Be Doing: Developing and maintaining scalable features using PHP (Laravel framework) Creating dynamic, interactive components with Livewire and Alpine.js Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong TDD mindset Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality software Taking part in code reviews, technical discussions, and ongoing improvement initiatives Bringing new ideas to the table and staying up to date with the latest technologies What We re Looking For: At least 7 years experience in PHP/Laravel development Strong experience with Laravel Livewire Familiarity with Alpine.js (or enthusiasm to learn) A genuine advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach Experience with Filament PHP is desirable, but not essential What s in It for You: Salary up to £55,000 (DOE) Fully remote work from anywhere in the UK Join a supportive, inspirational team of remote developers Opportunities to grow, learn and share knowledge A chance to make a real impact on a platform used by thousands If you re passionate about Laravel, love working in a collaborative remote setup, and want to be part of a company that truly values its developers, we d love to hear from you.
