IntaPeople are partnered with a large consultancy who work across the Telecoms, Energy and Banking sectors. We are looking for an experienced Network Test Engineer with an in-depth understanding of STLC and ITIL frameworks to work within a test and support environment. Though a varied role, we are looking for the following experience - * Testing experience on L2/L3 elements (routers & switches) covering - STP, RSTP, QoS, VLAN, PPP, IPv4, IPv6, IPsec. HRRP, eBGP * Functional understanding of 3G, 4G and 5G (ENDC) call flows, and interfaces * Comfortable to take and analyse the PCAP trace/files with 3G/4G/5G related voice/data filters on tools like Wireshark * Familiarity with SaaS tools like - HP ALM, and Atlassian services like JIRA/Confluence * Knowledge of 3G, 4G and 5G network elements with basic understanding of network function virtualisation * Understanding of 5G NSA implementation options (Option 3x) * Intermediate understanding on Unix or related flavours like Linux, CentOS etc. * In depth understanding to troubleshoot interface protocol messages related to - SIP, RTP, RADIUS, & DIAMETER * Understanding of MS Visio to create HLD to support test environment preparation * Prior work experience on Cisco routers and iOS - preferably on ISRs 4XXX series, and ASRs 1xxx series with next gen encryption Candidates for this role will own the preparation of test cases, test plans, test strategies, and test exit reports along with preparing dashboard reports when required. You should also have an understanding of IT call flows towards provisioning of services for the subscribers on elements like HSS/EVAS/SEVAS/OneNDS.
