We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to design and deliver digital solutions and capabilities for Gigaclear, a provider of fibre broadband services connecting rural Britain. With a strong customer focus, you will design a target state and architecture roadmap, lead a team of solution architects, and identify new and emerging technologies to transform and optimize the business. Key Accountability & Responsibilities Define and lead the enterprise architecture vision, aligning it with business strategy and programme objectives Act as the technical authority for our technology stack, providing architectural direction and technology roadmap evolution Lead a team of solution architects to provide architecture solutions to drive key business outcomes Deliver technical thought leadership, driving innovation, standardisation, and adoption of best practices across BSS/OSS layers Establish and enforce technical governance frameworks and architecture principles across the technology teams Ensure architecture artefacts, decision logs, and design documentation meet compliance, quality, and audit requirements Facilitate architecture reviews, design assurance, and risk management activities with internal and external stakeholders Lead the design of scalable, modular, and resilient BSS/OSS solutions, integrating with legacy systems and modern platforms Oversee solution architecture workstreams across multiple delivery teams and ensure consistency with target state architecture Translate business and operational requirements into technology designs that are deliverable within resource constraints Document and communicate the technology designs to the delivery teams and provide support in the execution of the delivery of the programme Engage and influence client stakeholders, third party vendors, and system integrators to drive architectural consensus Present complex technical solutions in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non technical audiences Knowledge & Skills Experience in enterprise architecture roles, with recent experience in telecoms sector Proven success in leading architecture for large scale BSS/OSS initiatives Strong understanding of telecom standards, protocols and technologies (including Salesforce Commscloud and integrated tools and systems) Strong capability in architecture governance, enterprise frameworks (eg. TOGAF), and agile or hybrid programme delivery Experience in driving end to end integration and managing cross functional architecture inputs Exceptional communication, negotiation and leadership skills Strong knowledge of both on premise and cloud infrastructure, DevOps and security Deep experience in data architecture and technology implementation We foster a collaborative, engaging culture that empowers staff to grow and maximise their skills. Gigaclear plc is seeking a leader in Business Analysis to define and improve practices across the organization. This hybrid role requires experience in managing Business Analysts and influencing stakeholders effectively. Candidates will play a critical role in embedding best practices and ensuring the success of the BA community, all while working within a flexible and supportive environment. Be the person to define and embed our approach to Business Analysis. As we evolve and mature, we are looking to build our in-house capabilities and become less reliant on third-party partners. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Business Analysis at Gigaclear, ensuring best practice, governance, standards and methodologies are defined, adopted and continuously improved across the organisation. Importantly, your background will include leading or managing Business Analysts and establishing effective Business Analysis practices across an organisation. You will be experienced in working across multiple delivery methodologies, from traditional project delivery through to agile product development, and able to ensure Business Analysis remains focused on delivering value, clarity and successful outcomes. This is not just a hands-on delivery role sitting within individual Scrum teams or undertaking analysis for specific projects. Instead, you will provide leadership and direction across our portfolio of change, ensuring disciplined Business Analysis practices are consistently applied and that our BA community is supported, developed and empowered to succeed. The role offers significant breadth and variety. You will be comfortable influencing at all levels, building strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating discussions, driving alignment, gaining buy-in and constructively challenging where required. You will be a champion for Business Analysis, helping to raise capability, embed standards and establish a culture of continuous improvement. Please note: This is a hybrid role and you will be required to attend our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, at least two days per week.
