Associate Data Visual Analyst - Hybrid, Marlow About the job The Revenue Operations team is seeking an Associate Data Visualization Analyst who will leverage expertise in customer and revenue data to define and execute strategies that enable Sales and other revenue-generating teams to achieve their growth and strategic objectives. This role will focus on designing and delivering innovative analytical solutions, building impactful reports, and developing data-driven insights that guide key business decisions. As a Associate Data Visualization Analyst you will: Source, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data from multiple systems to support reporting, analytics, and decision making across Revenue Operations. Design, develop, and maintain data workflows, ETL processes, and centralized repositories to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Build and manage dashboards, reports, and Insights to provide actionable business outcomes. Take a proactive, consultative approach to analytics by asking the right questions of the data and recommending strategies aligned to business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to align data definitions, reporting needs, and business objectives. Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and leadership through clear storytelling, visualization, and presentation of data-driven findings. Adopt automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency through innovative use of technology and data solutions. Support knowledge sharing by documenting processes, mentoring peers, and promoting data governance, quality, and security best practices while aligning with the data team. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an Associate/Analyst, data, or consulting role supporting business, or Revenue and/or sales operations. Understanding data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and reporting tools, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. Hands on experience with SAS technologies, including SAS 9 and SAS Viya usage and administration; familiarity with Linux environments and coding in python is a plus. Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and SAS foundation architecture and resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to Power Apps or similar tools preferred. Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. Demonstrates curiosity, reliability, and collaboration, with a strong interest in data, analytics, and continuous improvement and automation.
