A strategic leadership role, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the core of the organisations' technology, supporting over 300 users across multiple locations both in the UK and overseas, ensuring resilience, security and optimisation within a modern and expanding IT environment. Hardware: Server infrastructure, RAID, SAN/NAS, cabling, wireless tech. Microsoft: Windows Server (), Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, Office 365, Windows 10/11. Virtualisation: Hyper-V, VMware; cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Communication Systems: VoIP, IP CCTV. Backup & DR: Veeam, replication, failover.
