Baltimore Consulting is looking for a Data Analyst for a 3-month contract to enhance adult social care data strategies in Greater London. This role involves building data infrastructure, designing Power BI dashboards, and leading data quality initiatives. Your Role as Data Analyst - Adult Social Care Drive the organisation's data strategy, turning raw data into actionable insights that power better decisions Build and maintain robust data infrastructure and pipelines, integrating multiple back office and customer facing systems Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and performance reports (KPIs, statutory reporting, benchmarking) for a range of services Champion data quality and governance, setting high standards so data is accurate, usable and shareable across the organisation Lead end to end data and insight projects, working closely with stakeholders, product teams and external suppliers to deliver real business value Your previous experience as a Data Analyst- Adult Social Care Extensive experience working with complex data sets, using them to spot patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement Strong hands on skills with SQL and Power BI (bonus if you also use R or Python for analysis and modelling) Proven track record of presenting insightful analysis to senior stakeholders, explaining technical findings in clear, simple language Ability to extract, clean, link and model data from multiple systems to answer specific business problems at pace Background in working within cross functional teams in large or public sector organisations, with a passion for continuous improvement and service transformation If you're interested in discussing this opportunity in more detail or know someone who this may be of interest to, please contact Sarah Williams or Terry Lee on or apply today.
