The business is moving in the right direction and investing properly in its people. You ll be based full-time in the Lancaster office, working as part of a 5-person technical team. It s a busy, collaborative MSP environment where no two days are the same. They re looking for a Microsoft-biased engineer who wants more than just ticket closure. The role is split roughly 50% service desk and 50% project work, giving you exposure to both BAU support and infrastructure change. It s a fluid setup, so you ll need to be someone who s comfortable rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in where needed. The Service Desk Manager is big on development. Upskilling is actively encouraged and progression is very real one member of the team started as an apprentice and is now a shareholder. SQL Database Administrator £45 - £50k Plus £10,000 on-call allowance + solid benefits Liverpool (2 days a week in the office) The opportunity: This is a chance to join one of the UK s leading logistics businesses in a role where the SQL estate underpins genuinely mission-critical systems. You ll be joining a team of two DBAs, reporting into a Lead DBA, taking shared ownership of a predominantly on-prem MS SQL environment that supports a 24/7 operation.
