This is a key support role responsible for maintaining high-quality data, identifying commercial opportunities, qualifying leads and ensuring internal teams have access to accurate and relevant information. Use internal systems and external tools to validate key customer and account information. Work closely with internal commercial teams to ensure accurate and relevant opportunities are distributed efficiently. Maintain excellent CRM data quality by updating records, removing duplicate information and ensuring data remains accurate. Identify trends, gaps and opportunities within existing data to improve data quality and commercial performance. Support the ongoing development of data management and opportunity identification processes. Ensure relevant opportunities are identified and managed effectively to support the wider commercial team. Requirements As Senior Data Administrator, you will also be expected to: Be highly organised, analytical and proactive with excellent attention to detail. Have a genuine interest in working with data and identifying commercial opportunities. Be confident working independently and managing large volumes of information.
