Exercise independent judgment with minimal guidance on new assignments. Make decisions that impact your immediate team and occasionally influence other teams. Manage medium to small-sized teams or lead work efforts as an individual contributor. Ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction through proactive delivery management. Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required by the client engagement.
