Focal Network Engineer, £48k - 50k 3 months initially, London Bench IT requires an experienced Network Engineer to join a large organization, delivering enterprise-grade networking across routing, switching, wireless, and security platforms. The engineer will work across both physical and virtual infrastructure, translating high-level network designs into detailed low-level designs, configuring and maintaining Cisco technologies (including Nexus, Catalyst, Meraki, DNA, and Prime), and supporting core services such as DHCP, DNS, and AD. You will participate in both the support of managed service customers as well as bespoke project work. *This role will include On-call standby rota with other team members to support 24x7 customers Required Knowledge/Experience: Demonstrable aptitude in technical design, configuration and fault-finding Experience of Enterprise networking deployment across Routing, Switching, Wireless and Security hardware platforms. You'll take architecture designs and client requirements and turn them into working, tested, production-ready builds within Amazon Connect - covering contact flows, integrations, and custom logic that power real customer interactions. ServiceNow Service Mapping specialist, £470 per day inside IR35 6 months initially, Coventry & Remote Working Bench IT require a ServiceNow Service Mapping specialist to support the mapping of application services within ServiceNow ITOM. The resource will work with Application Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams to analyse application dependencies and create accurate end-to-end service maps aligned to the ServiceNow CSDM model. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience detailed below. *This position is hybrid working 1 day per week working in Coventry with the remaining time working from home* Key Responsibilities Analyse application architectures, infrastructure dependencies, credentials and access requirements. Design and build Service Maps for in-scope application services. Configure and modify Service Mapping patterns where required. Define and validate relationships between Business Services, Business Applications, Application Services, Technical Services and Infrastructure CIs. Work with application teams to validate service dependencies and map accuracy. Support testing and remediation of Service Mapping issues.
