Contribute to the modernization of existing VMware environments and the migration of workloads to cloud and hybrid models. Collaborate with enterprise, solution, and network architects to ensure integration and consistency across infrastructure domains. Drive automation, standardization, and adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) within hybrid environments. PERSONAL PROFILE Extensive experience designing and operating hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure for enterprise-scale environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS, delivering secure, scalable IaaS and PaaS solutions. Deep hands-on experience managing VMware-based data centers, including compute, storage, clustering, and virtual networking. Proven delivery and operation of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms such as HPE SimpliVity. Designed and implemented high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies across cloud and on-prem platforms. Strong background in network architecture, including routing, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and load balancing. Delivered secure hybrid connectivity using ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and site-to-site VPNs. Applied infrastructure security best practices, including hardening, identity, segmentation, and vulnerability management.
