Working in the communut6y as well as in our centre in Irvine you will develop action plane, build relationships and assist young people to take their next step in their employabiity journey. Candidates should: Have a good understanding and knowledge of the employability pipeline Be aware of the issues facing young people and how this have an impact on their ability to get and sustain employment Have good recording and administration skills Be able to manage your own diary while working as part of a small team Be aware of targets and KPIs and how to manage these while providing the best service for young people A driving licence would be an advantage

In this key role, you'll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact programmes, ensuring strategic alignment, strong governance, and sustained momentum across multiple projects. Programme Delivery Manager Location: Hybrid with occasional travel (minimum requirement to travel to London once per month) Contract: Full-time fixed term for 6 months What you'll do: Lead high-value, complex cross-directorate programmes aligned to Barnardo's strategic goals. What we're looking for: Formal qualifications in programme management (MSP, APM PMQ, AgilePM). Proven experience delivering large, multi-workstream programmes in complex environments with ambitious timescales and deliverables. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organisation.
