As a small / medium-sized enterprise who have grown consistently over the last 10 years, our client has invested heavily in new product development and pride themselves on outstanding products, technical support and customer service. They play a market leading role in the digitisation of transport - Rail and Bus - ticketing solutions. It is due to their continuing growth that they have an opportunity for a project manager to join their Product Development team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of internal development projects for three to four Products, according to established roadmaps, playing the lead role for project governance, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. The goal is to control and deliver projects using defined processes and controls, usually following Agile methodology, to ensure they are managed and delivered within time, budget and to the highest possible quality. Ideally you will bring: Fundamental Project Management Skills Project Life Cycle Management Experience Experience of managing complex Software Development implementations Experience of Product-led development Awareness of contractual and SLA's Competency in project processes and documentation Experience of Network Infrastructures Experience of Data Migration Projects Previous project experience of engaging and managing at all levels Face to face customer engagement experience at all levels Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Gitlab) Any experience with mobile apps and/or customer facing websites would be an advantage. However, equally important as technical background will be your enthusiasm and desire to familiarise yourself with their products and projects and your commitment to on time, quality delivery. They are looking for individuals who can take ownership, make decisions and wear a number of hats. This is a fast-paced technical environment. The role will be a mix of remote and office working.
