What you'll be doing: You will support the South East Digital Treatment team to help optimise use of data, improve reporting and rethink back office processes. You will remove unnecessary paper processes and administrative resources and support project rollouts and development of innovative technology solutions. In this role you will: Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure data and reporting are effectively used to enhance service efficiency and performance. Take ownership of operational data, maintaining it to the highest standard of accuracy, currency, and real-time availability.
