Collaborate with the Cyber Security Manager to monitor and mitigate the IT derived risks for the organisation. Geographical Span:Company Assets - UKCS Travel Required:Occasional as required Manage the IT service contracts, conducting regular service reviews and performance assessments, escalating and resolving service issues with third-party support teams. Engage with business units to understand operational priorities and pain points, translating business needs into service improvement initiatives. Support digital transformation and automation projects through an IT PMO aligned to the company's Business Improvement Team process. Produce regular dashboards and reports on service KPIs and SLAs, using these to identify trends and areas for improvement using performance data. Professional/Educational Requirements Degree qualified in a relevant IT field Proven experience in IT Service Delivery in an energy related organisation. Strong understanding of Oil & Gas environments. Strong contract management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to emerging threats Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and development High integrity and commitment to confidentiality Candidates must have The Right to Work in the UK, as no sponsorship is available.
