Key accountabilities Collaborate with OT Area Support Managers to shape and execute both short-term and long-term Technology Services business plans. Take charge of managing and maintaining OT data relating to our Operational Technology estate. Design and implement robust data management processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance. Develop reports and dashboards to support the department and wider business, presenting findings in a clear and actionable format. Identify and tackle operational and technical challenges related to security, condition, serviceability, and optimisation. Build and nurture robust working relationships with customers at all levels, promoting trust and collaboration. Skills & experience • Understanding of telemetry, security, systems integration, and control & automation. Strong experience with programming software such as SQL, PowerBI, Python, Grafana • Working knowledge of GeoSCADA, Networking, SCADA, PLC, and HMI, as well as client applications on both modern frameworks and legacy systems. • Ability to create reports using different tools and platforms to meet various needs. • Experienced in analysing and refining operational processes to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and support continuous improvement. • Proven experience in leading a small team.
