Senior Performance and Reporting Analyst Hourly rate: 25.84ph PAYE - 33.32ph Umbrella Location: Nottinghamshire Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing) We are recruiting on behalf of a large housing provider for a Senior Performance and Reporting Analyst. This temporary ongoing role is essential for maintaining data integrity within the Compliance and Technical department and for implementing an effective reporting framework that supports the Property Services Strategy. This strategy encompasses asset management, compliance, technical services, and capital investment. The successful candidate will lead the development of this framework using various data sets and asset management systems. Day-to-day of the role: Design and deliver a real-time KPI reporting suite that supports improved performance against key financial, operational, and strategic targets. Provide assurance to key stakeholders such as the Executive Team and Board regarding statutory compliance obligations. Support the Head of Assurance & Audit in embedding a monthly reporting cycle and developing an operating rhythm aligned to the statutory, financial, and operational reporting needs. Engage with the Head of Services and other Senior Business Partners to enhance the delivery of compliance and technical services. Ensure timely and accurate data provision for compiling budgets and forecasts. Maintain up-to-date property systems and ensure reporting accurately reflects the compliance position across the organisation. Effectively present and communicate compliance data using various matrices to show overall compliance. Manage Compliance data and software systems used by the Compliance & Technical department. Validate compliance responsibilities against asset data bi-annually. Ensure operational teams have the necessary data. Required Skills & Qualifications: Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Strong influencing and presentation skills. Professional demeanor at all times. Degree level education or equivalent experience. Proficient in SQL and VBA. Experience in business analysis and reporting within the Facilities Management or Property Services Sector. Knowledge of Northgate, Promaster, Riskbase, and other similar Asset Management or CAFM systems. Creating EC&I drawings (e.g., Block Cable Diagrams, Single Line Diagrams), technical specifications, and basis of design documents. Producing and checking various documents like risk registers, testing strategies, method statements, and technical files for new equipment. Participating in HAZOPs, design reviews, and contributing to safety case development. Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards, legislation, and project requirements, including safety and functional safety aspects. Checking the quality of design deliverables and ensuring they meet the required standards. Supporting the commissioning process, potentially including site visits and overnight stays. Identifying and resolving technical issues, often requiring a proactive and practical approach. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively. Diagnostic and Repair of equipment The site electrical distribution 415v 3-phase, 110v & 240v electrical equipment DCS/PLC and hard-wired control systems. PLC based control loops. Hard-wired solenoid control loops and safety systems Coordinate functional testing of basic process control systems. Carry out routine proof testing of safety instrumented systems and critical alarms. Isolate or Immobilise plant safely and to company procedure Record and maintain records of all electrical, control and instrumentation systems across the site, utilising the Company CMMS system, ensuring they are accurate and up to date at all times Read and extract information from drawings, specification diagrams, operation, and maintenance manuals. Maintain site electrical circuit and layout diagrams. Perform and record risk assessments for routine and non-routine tasks. Work with the project team delivering and commissioning on site projects. Be actively involved in training and continuous improvement, write up training notes and share information with the EC & I Technicians Beneficial Skills / Qualifications: Must hold a level 3 electrical qualification and/or have completed a full electrical apprenticeship. Must hold IPAF certificate (or be prepared to carry out IPAF training) Must be trained in BS7671 wiring regulations. Must have a suitable knowledge of the Electricity at Work Regulations Knowledge of BS60079 (An advantage) knowledge of BS EN 61508 and BS EN 61511 (An advantage) Excellent understanding of the English Language, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effective coaching and performance management skills Excellent PC skills, including MS Office software Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
