About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Hygiene Lead to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for leading the hygiene team to ensure the factory meets the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety during night operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the night hygiene team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to schedule Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and company procedures Carry out cleaning of machinery, production areas, and equipment to required standards Complete hygiene documentation accurately and on time Conduct inspections and audits to maintain hygiene standards Train and support team members to improve performance and consistency Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Liaise with production and technical teams to meet operational requirements Requirements Previous experience in a hygiene or sanitation role within a food manufacturing environment Experience in a supervisory or team leader role Good understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
