Essential skills and attributes Experience using ESRI, QGIS, and other GIS programmes to work with spatial data and creating visualisations. Experience with GIS project development from initial idea through to handover. Good knowledge of data management techniques. Experience working in SQL Attention to detail is paramount; candidates must be able to produce outputs which meet strict QA guidelines. Experience of working with metadata standards. Proactive with a good work ethic is a must. Experience working to deadlines. Excellent analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills (some client facing work and working with internal staff outside of the GIS Team will be required). Data Cabling Engineer Permanent London - with travel to client sites Summary We are looking for a Data Engineer (Structured Cabling) to join our expanding team. System Project Coordinator (Field View) Bridgwater - Hinkley Point C Full Time Permanent Position Summary NG Bailey are proud to be involved in the Hinkley Point C project based in Bridgwater , Somerset. This is the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in Britain providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes. Structured Cabling Data Engineer Plymouth (On Site) Permanent Summary NG Bailey IT Services are currently recruiting a Structured Cabling Data Engineer / Managed Services Engineer who will be responsible for the installation and fault finding of Structured and Voice Cabling systems and are delivered within NG Bailey's clients Service Level Agreements (SLA). The Data Engineer will have experience of the installation and fault finding of Structured and Voice Cabling systems and preferably hold the CNCI (Certified Network Cable Installer) qualification. You will be responsible for responding to any of our managed service contract break fix requests as per the contract SLA's. It will be desirable to have experience as a service engineer of Electronic IP Security Systems. This position is working across military sites, therefore Security Clearance is required and is a condition of employment. NG Bailey will support with this application if you are eligible.
