This pivotal position leads the quality assurance and improvement of the qualifications delivered across the College. Collaborative and influential leadership style, capable of challenging and supporting colleagues at all levels. Experience leading teams and working across organisations to deliver strategic priorities. Ideally holds a degree (or equivalent) and a teaching or quality related qualification, alongside experience in assessment and verification. Above all, passionate about improving the learner experience, confident in leading change, innovation and excellence in education.
