Expert proficiency with Figma and standard design tools; demonstrated ability to work efficiently within an established design system. Proven ability to work independently across multiple products simultaneously, managing your own priorities within a fast-moving team structure. Experience conducting lightweight user research - usability testing, interviews, or observational studies - and translating findings into actionable design improvements. Familiarity with AI tools used in UX workflows such as generative design assistants, AI-powered prototyping, or automated research synthesis; a curiosity for adopting new tools that improve speed and quality. Strong communication skills with the ability to present design rationale clearly to Product and Engineering partners and incorporate critique constructively. A track record of shipping high-quality, production-ready designs consistently and on time. What you'll get from us: A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experiences are valued. Internal mobility - there are opportunities for cross training and the ability to attain your next career step within Barracuda.
