You will provide escalated support for service desk incidents and requests, taking ownership of complex issues and resolving them within agreed SLAs. Alongside this, you will monitor system performance, carry out regular maintenance and housekeeping activities, and support upgrades and new system implementations.You will contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the Group's Business Recovery and Disaster Recovery plans, including assisting with configuration updates and participating in regular testing. A strong focus on security best practice will be essential, as you help implement and maintain robust controls across IT systems. The role also involves supporting departmental operations, including producing procedures and management information, contributing to ad hoc infrastructure projects, and providing support to NFML customers where required.
