Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and cultivate a collaborative working environment. Solid grounding in Agile delivery, ideally with practical Scrum experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a drive to deliver reliable, high-quality systems. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or similar). Experience in software development with C#, .NET, Vue.js, and SQL.
