Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Full Stack Developer (circa £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving financial services business in Northampton whereby you'll be central to growth through owning the development of several business critical tech projects. The role is circa 3 days a week in the office, the rest working from home. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain CRM functionality and integrations within Zoho CRM, including use of Deluge scripting (prior experience not required). Create and enhance CRM widgets and front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integrate and manage external APIs to connect systems and enable data automation across business platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders and the technical team to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver reliable, maintainable code. Apply technical expertise to automate business workflows, improve data visibility, and enhance productivity. Optimise and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Work closely with the CRM, Machine Learning, and Support teams to deliver impactful solutions to the wider business. Provide second-line technical support for scripting and development-related issues. The business has several exciting new projects that you'd play a key part in as well as fintech product launches in an extremely innovative and entrepreneurial organisation.
