We're looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Product Analyst to drive the optimisation of quoting, pricing, and product configuration across our business. This is a key role sitting between business stakeholders and technical teams, focused on improving the end-to-end quote-to-cash process. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions. Using your expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud, you'll configure rules, workflows, and product catalogues, while developing logic using BML (BigMachines Language) to support complex pricing and product structures. A big part of this role is about improving how things work. You'll streamline quote-to-order processes, automate workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You'll also analyse pricing and sales data, providing insights that help shape smarter pricing strategies. You'll ensure CPQ integrates seamlessly with key systems such as Oracle CX Service Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), while supporting testing, deployments, and ongoing system improvements. When issues arise, you'll take the lead in troubleshooting and resolving them quickly. Working collaboratively with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, you'll also play a key role in supporting and training end users, ensuring teams get the most out of the CPQ platform.

We're looking for a skilled Oracle CPQ Developer to design, build, and customise solutions on the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform. You'll play a key role in delivering robust product configuration, pricing logic, and automated quoting capabilities to support complex business needs. In this role, you'll develop and configure core CPQ modules, including Product Configuration, Pricing, Commerce, and the Document Engine. You'll use BML (BigMachines Language) to build and maintain scripts, while creating advanced product rules, constraints, and attribute logic to support dynamic and scalable configurations. You'll take ownership of building pricing models, discount structures, and approval workflows, as well as developing quote templates and automated document generation. A strong focus will be on improving the quote life cycle through smart automation, efficient product bundling, and streamlined processes. Working across systems, you'll develop integrations between Oracle CPQ and key enterprise platforms such as Oracle CX Service Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), using APIs, web services, and Middleware technologies. You'll also be involved throughout the delivery life cycle, supporting testing (including UAT), deployments, and production releases. Alongside this, you'll troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and continuously optimise CPQ performance, configurations, and pricing structures. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality CPQ solutions that drive efficiency and business value. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting ECS systems, including integration with various cloud storage solutions and must have a good understanding of Command Line Interface (CLI). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ECS concepts, features, and best practices, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
