Job Specification: Role: Informatica specialist - SC Cleared Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-12 months initial contract (with potential extension) Working Modality: Hybrid Language Proficiency: Fluent English (mandatory) Nationality: British Citizen/ILR Mission: Support a customer engagement involving an Informatica platform update and environment relocation. The focus is on the technical move and version uplift - not on building new data pipelines. Some post-migration fixes to existing batch workflows may be needed, but no new workflow development is required. Technical Proficiency: Create a detailed target architecture blueprint for the OCI migration Calculate resource requirements for Informatica Power Center and Power Exchange Execute a staged repository upgrade from v9 to v10.5.8 Roll out the target cloud environment Stand up the upgraded Domain and Repository Implement Power Exchange Change Data Capture Validate and repair batch workflows Produce a cutover playbook for the migration Comfort with Bash, Python, or PERL Scripting Desired Candidate Attributes: Holds active SC clearance (non-negotiable) Available for an immediate start Hands-on migration and upgrade experience - not a general data engineering profile Additional Information: Location to be confirmed upon application Engagement type (contract/SOW) to be finalised
