Our Agile Delivery Managers help achieve this through coaching multiple teams toward effective planning and predictable, iterative delivery. Responsibilities Work hands-on with multiple teams to champion the adoption of agile values, principles and good practices. Help build trust and transparency within teams by promoting a collaborative and communicative environment. Champion an agile mindset to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Facilitate team and cross-team events. Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure transparent goals and priorities. Identify and help remove impediments. Contribute towards ITV's Agile Delivery community, sharing knowledge and experiences to help build capabilities across the organisation. Leverage tools like Jira to help teams plan, coordinate and optimise flow. Skills you'll need (minimum criteria) A minimum of 3 years experience across Scrum Master and/or Agile Delivery Manager positions. Well-versed in building trust and coaching teams toward self-management and cross-functional behaviours. Interest and understanding of various agile frameworks, methods and good practices. Capable of managing work and dependencies across internal and external partner teams. Experience of using empiricism to drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting and predictability. Strong coaching and facilitation skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder demands. You'll write high-quality, well-tested Go code and help shape the technical direction of the team; from defining architecture and mentoring junior engineers to improving practices across testing, CI/CD, and performance. Responsibilities Write high-quality, maintainable software, primarily in Go (any Scala experience is a plus). Ensure code is well-tested, reviewed, and delivered to production-ready standards. Proven experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs. Familiarity with distributed version control (Git). Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices. Solid understanding of AWS services (e.g. Lambda, EKS, EC2, S3). Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous processing. Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers. Understanding of web service architectures, REST, and caching. Good knowledge of databases and data-driven application design.
