This company specialise in manufacturing electronics for keyboard instruments, including pipe organ technologies. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electronics testing and assembly within a supportive and flexible environment, with potential for career progression and skill development. You will be required to ask questions about the user, location, contact details, availability and the problem based on a workflow and log that in our ticketing system. Our client will provide all the IT equipment and phone system / headset etc. £24,000 Hours 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. 1 x Hour for Lunch. 25 x Days Holiday Pro Rata Requirements The person must have a very good phone manor. Very good people person and outgoing personality. Calm but can handle one call after another for sustained periods. Customer Service focused. Can follow process as every client has different requirements for logging tickets. Is good with IT we use a ticketing system, Outlook etc. Anyone with a future interest in working for an IT company would be good.
