What will I be doing? Actively fostering a positive, problem solving approach across the department by organising and running a collaborative Design Forum Performing a dual role of Leading an experienced Solution Architecture team and drawing on your sound experience to act as a Solution Architect when needed Working in partnership with the Enterprise Architect, Information Security Manager and Business Architect to ensure that solutions or processes created align to best practice to ensure that IT solutions and Business processes are standardised Proactively managing and align the resourcing of projects, ensuring that your team are engaged and delivering on initiatives that align to MAB's commercial and technical strategy Leading the identification of potential solutions, that are able to fulfil business requirements and making sound recommendations to the business based on architecture principles & guidelines What do I need? Working in partnership with our Product Owners to shape the art of the possible and translating it into designs and sequences that our Delivery Managers, Development teams and Scrum Masters can work with Developing and maintaining the architecture roadmap across all digital channels whilst working with business leaders to deliver best in class solutions Presenting findings & recommendations to an IT Architecture Forum while minimising technical debt Ensuring all licensing implications are understood and documented in support of the detailed solution design Working with third party solution providers to produce roadmaps for architecture components Building market & sector knowledge to ensure awareness of potential solutions / solution providers and share knowledge with other IT teams to enable engagement with the business What do I need?
