Responsibilities What you will be doing: Partnering with stakeholders across the business to elicit, analyse and document requirements for systems and software enhancements Translating business needs into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria Creating "as-is" and "to-be" process documentation to support change and improvement Managing and refining product backlogs, supporting prioritisation and delivery planning Acting as the bridge between business and IT teams, providing clarity and direction throughout delivery Facilitating workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decision making Supporting User Acceptance Testing, including test case creation and defect resolution Monitoring scope and identifying risks to ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives Contributing to continuous improvement within the BA function and wider change activity Qualifications What we are looking for: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a delivery-focused environment Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria Confident stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and influence Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering real business value Nice to have: Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment SQL or basic data analysis skillsUnderstanding of systems architecture or technical design Relevant qualifications such as BCS Business Analysis or Scrum Product Owner Why Reassured?
