We are working with a consultancy that has a strong and growing pipeline of Oracle Field Service (OFS) delivery work across large, complex organisations. They are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service Implementation Consultant to join their delivery team and work on enterprise-scale projects on a fully remote basis with some travel to client sites. This is a hands-on role focused on configuring and implementing Oracle Field Service as part of structured project teams. Candidates may come from a consulting background or from an in-house product, systems, or configuration role within an organisation that uses OFS. What matters is practical experience delivering or configuring OFS in real operational environments. You will be involved across the delivery lifecycle, from requirements discovery through to go-live and optimisation. The role includes designing and configuring scheduling, routing, capacity planning, workforce models, activity types, and business rules, as well as working with technical teams on integrations with Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle CX, Oracle ERP, and external systems. You will also support UAT and post-implementation refinement. This role suits someone who understands field service operations, SLAs, and service performance metrics, and who is comfortable working directly with client stakeholders in a delivery-focused consultancy environment. The role is remote-first within the UK, with occasional travel to client sites for key project milestones. This is an opportunity to join a consultancy with long-term OFS project demand, working on complex, high-impact delivery programmes rather than pre-sales or support work.
