Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to join their office-based team. This is a dynamic role within a growing organisation that actively invests in its IT infrastructure and people. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your technical skills, take ownership of project tasks, and influence the development of a unified IT environment across a group of businesses MAIN RESPONSIBILITY To provide responsive and effective 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to users and efficient resolution of technical issues. This role supports both BAU (business-as-usual) IT operations and contributes significantly to key IT projects, particularly around systems standardisation and Microsoft 365 migration. Key accountabilities: User Support Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, Teams, and in person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Log and manage tickets using the company's service desk system. Deliver both remote and on-site support for office and remote users. Prioritise and escalate incidents in line with business impact and SLAs. Routine IT Operations Monitor core IT systems including servers, backups, and network services. Conduct regular access reviews, inventory checks, and routine maintenance. Manage Active Directory accounts (creation, modification, removal). Configure and deploy workstations, ensuring standardised setup and smooth onboarding. Support secure disposal and recycling of IT equipment. Project Delivery Participate actively in IT projects, including system migrations and infrastructure upgrades. Support the business-wide Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Maintain thorough project documentation and status updates. Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience required: Essential: Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line support role within a service desk environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office troubleshooting and support. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and user account management. Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs). Familiarity with Azure virtual services and consumption monitoring. Awareness of cyber security principles and ability to respond to incidents. Hands-on experience with hardware/software installation and configuration. Strong communication and diagnostic skills. Ability to manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate records. Desirable Exposure to Microsoft Server environments. Experience supporting hybrid working environments. Knowledge of Zoom and other unified communication tools. We are looking for a talented web designer with commercial experience to join our client's in-house web design team for an immediate start. Attention to detail and great communication skills are a must since the role requires teamwork as well as occasionally interacting with clients. As a member of the Creative department your role will mainly entail front end design with a particular emphasis on WordPress. You'll receive briefs from their project management team for client website concepts and builds, landing pages, logo designs, infographics, or amendments and updates to existing clients websites. Key Skills Required HTML/CSS - Knowledge of HTML and CSS, and familiarity with website design and build tools. WordPress - Commercial experience in WordPress, themes and the latest frameworks. Adobe CC - Proficiency in Photoshop , Illustrator or other visual design tools. Elementor Experience - using Elementor to create fully realised site designs. WooCommerce - Familiarity with WooCommerce site creation - from concept, product integration through to site launch. Time Management - The ability to work to schedule and track the time you spend on a project. Training - We offer our clients CMS training (either face-to-face or remotely), so you must be able to communicate clearly and confidently, with an in-depth knowledge of WordPress Proactive Problem Solving - Able to tackle a web design challenge and find solutions, learning as you go.
