We are looking for a proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy maintenance team based in Central London. The Role of the Helpdesk Administrator As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations by coordinating maintenance requests, supporting contract teams, and keeping accurate records. You will be responsible for: Managing reactive maintenance calls and scheduling engineer/contractor call outs Providing administrative support to Contract Managers and operational teams Updating CAFM systems, asset registers, and maintenance records Creating and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets and reports Managing invoices, credits, interim accounts, final accounts, and VAT records Supporting financial administration processes across contracts Maintaining holiday and absence records Preparing information and reports for meetings Liaising professionally with colleagues, clients, and suppliers Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required About You You will be a highly organised and detail focused administrator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
