Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator to provide dedicated support to the Executive Headteacher. Lead and oversee administrative systems and processes across the Federation, including line management of administrative staff. Requirements of the Personal Assistant / Senior Administrator: Previous experience in a senior administrative, PA, or executive support role within a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting correspondence and taking minutes.
