What you'll be doing Lead the development and enhancement of a proprietary wealth sizing model. Conduct sophisticated econometric analysis using international datasets. Source, clean, and validate large, complex data from multiple countries. Turn analysis into clear insights through reports, dashboards, and visualisations. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver impactful, data-driven projects. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting application issues, supporting well respected clients remotely, and ensuring timely resolution of escalated cases. Role Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical and application support to clients, particularly during product implementations and software upgrades. Troubleshoot software issues via ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk), escalating complex problems to development or infrastructure teams as needed. Conduct regular client follow-ups and status calls to manage expectations and provide updates on issue resolution. Document support cases clearly and thoroughly for internal knowledge sharing and future reference. Collaborate closely with global team members across EMEA and the US, ensuring a unified approach to client service delivery. Build strong client relationships by demonstrating ownership, proactivity, and technical insight. Role Requirements Proven experience in application or systems support, ideally in a SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software environment. Advantageous to have exposure to property management systems. The company is looking for an adaptable and creative Yardi Voyager Support analyst to work closely with key business stakeholders and within an existing support team, which is supporting the Yardi Voyager platform globally across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. The Role Design and deliver financial accounting and property management change requests to the Yardi Voyager platform Operate within, and contribute to, the existing Business Solutions governance model Ensure production of consistently high-quality technical documentation for all internal stakeholders Along with fellow team members, provide on-call, out-of-hours batch support as part of a support rota and additionally provide occasional on-call/on-site weekend support, as required Maintain an understanding of regional system differences, assess options for ensuring the consistency of design approach and execution Establish data rules and principles to ensure data consistency and integrity of changes Key Requirements In-depth working knowledge of Yardi Voyager is essential Good understanding of real estate fund accounting at various levels (property, SPV, consolidation, and fund reporting) in a fund structure Must have strong Financial Services/ investment knowledge across multiple jurisdictions Experience in SQL, Yardi reporting (via SSRS, YSR), and Yardi Voyager schema is helpful but not essential.
