The Role: The Technical Support Engineer will play a vital role in the company. Prepare tool drawings using CAD software for CNC cutting and press knives Interpret and create technical drawings with precision Provide site support to contractors and customers as needed Investigate and report customer complaints, agreeing on corrective actions Assist the Technical Manager with daily operations and complex technical enquiries Lead research and development projects, including testing and product trials Support the Technical Department with various tasks, including customer communication and trade exhibitions The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Technical Support Engineer role will possess: Experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks An Engineering Degree or equivalent Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Solidworks Ability to read and produce technical drawings Strong team ethic and motivation Our client is a well-established company known for its commitment to quality and innovation.
