This role is 100% remote As a Dutch speaking Service Desk Analyst it will be your responsibility to provide support assistance via the telephone and email to the Dutch speaking region. Roles & Responsibilities: Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications Troubleshoot and manage networks and servers Take ownership of requests following them to resolution Proactive when dealing with customer issues Offer 1st line technical support to customers Person Specification: Fluent in Dutch Technically minded and customer focused Ability to work as a team and independently Maintain a calm, analytical disposition Have practical experience in a support environment This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of 30,000 This is a remote / Work from home position Apply now!
