Business Systems Analyst - Insurance Systems Location: Essex (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus & benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Join a well-established insurance software provider supporting the London Market Insurance sector. This is a technical Business Systems Analyst role focused on insurance systems, SQL, and software configuration . This is not a traditional business analyst role. Responsibilities Configure insurance software systems to client requirements Build and maintain SQL queries to report on and update databases Analyse insurance systems and processes across the insurance lifecycle Produce technical documentation and MIS reports using Crystal Reports and MS Report Builder Support system implementation, testing, and delivery Liaise with insurance clients and internal technical teams Requirements 3+ years' experience in the London Insurance Market Strong knowledge of insurance systems and insurance lifecycle Advanced SQL experience (queries, reporting, database updates) Experience in system configuration and systems analysis Background as a developer or technical analyst Strong problem-solving and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary + bonus Company pension Hybrid / work from home Apply now for immediate consideration.
