This is a key technical leadership role responsible for the strategic development, optimisation and governance of the Microsoft 365 environment. Acting as the subject matter expert, you will lead the design and implementation of solutions across Microsoft 365, ensuring secure, scalable and effective services that support organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 solutions. Provide technical leadership across M365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune and Power Platform. Drive continuous improvement, automation and service optimisation. Ensure security, compliance and governance standards are maintained. Assess and manage Microsoft product updates, roadmap changes and service impacts. Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. About You You will have: Extensive experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Strong knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory and Conditional Access. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Knowledge of M365 security, compliance and information protection tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a key leadership role within the organisation. This is a hands on and varied role where you will: Lead and grow diverse income streams including grants, corporate partnerships, and community fundraising Develop compelling funding proposals and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities Build and maintain relationships with funders, donors, and stakeholders Oversee flagship fundraising events and support third-party fundraisers Line manage charity shop managers and nurture a network of volunteers Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development Represent the charity externally with confidence and professionalism About You We are looking for a proactive, organised and motivated individual who can think strategically while delivering practical results. You will bring: Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or a similar role Strong track record in securing funding (grants, trusts, corporate, or individual giving) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing events, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships Confidence in presenting, networking, and representing an organisation Strong organisational and analytical skills Experience managing staff or volunteers A collaborative, resilient, and adaptable approach Experience within the charity sector and knowledge of fundraising regulations is desirable. Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a fantastic social welfare charity in their search for a Digital Fundraising Officer.In this exciting, newly created role, you'll be working within Individual Giving to generate and meet targets via individual fundraising campaigns, challenge events and community fundraising across digital channels. You will develop existing fundraising products targeted for online platforms and create engaging e-marketing fundraising communications.Working closely with the Individual Giving Co-ordinator and the Marketing & Communications team, you will adapt fundraising campaigns to online, in order to optimise fundraising income and recruit new supporters. Your focus will be on growing the number of individual supporters via digital to make a difference to the cause and maintaining their brilliant support. The role encompasses a broad range of ways people can help financially, including donating, fundraising and event participation. This is an exciting opportunity to put your creative and technical digital fundraising skills and marketing knowledge to good use!In order to be successful, you must have experience of growing fundraising income or sale targets, practical knowledge of social media channels (including the use of a scheduling tool) and be experienced in using email software.
