You will be expected to provide cover in Worcester and Kidderminster - however this role will be primarily based within our Worcester services. You will be based at one of our 24hr services. This role will be covering a mixture of the support services within the team so you will have to manage your diary effectively so that you are spending time at all different parts of the service. You'll be able to use technology for monitoring spending on the budgets, ensuring that the paperwork that the staff team are completing is meeting the quality standards, setting rotas to ensure the services are always covered, creating documents to incorporate into the service so that the service and support is as effective as possible. You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that. We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join us as Waking Nights Security Officer (known internally by us as Housing Concierge) at our Peter Street Move on service in Whitehaven. You'll play a really important role in ensuring the smooth running of our service, by making sure that our buildings and customers are safe and secure during the night, and that we get on with our neighbours! You'll be looking after our building during the night when our support team are not on site which will include, regularly patrolling the premises, checking CCTV and ensuring tenancy and house rules are adhered to.
