You will be involved in all aspects of 2nd Line Support for both in house and external clients. It is expexted that you will be able to hit the ground running and be involved from the outset in supporting client needs, both remotely and on site. It is expected that you will have a minimum of 2 years support experience in 2nd Line Support role within a dynamic environment.
