Implementing end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud + Community Cloud. Transforming business requirement into Salesforce Vlcoity functional / technical requirements specifications + solution design documentation. Requirements gathering, estimating scope of work, proposals + supporting pre-sales + conducting customer workshops during project discovery phase. Collaborating with key stakeholders to define client business needs + translate these into technical solutions. Expertise in Lead Management process, Quote to Cash, Case Management + Call Centre processes. Integration between Salesforce + other systems using SOAP + REST API. Experience of App Exchange products, Wave Cloud + Salesforce Vlocity Marketing preferred. Salesforce Vlcoity CPQ, OM certifications preferred.
